Terms and Conditions




A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is required within 8 days of confirmation of the reservation in order to retain the reservation.


Upon acceptance of the reservation the guest is responsible for the full cost of rental for the agreed period.


In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, money will only be refunded if the accommodation is re-let.


The guest will vacate the accommodation by 10 AM on the day of departure and leave it in a reasonably clean and tidy state.


In the event of any problem with the accommodation the guest will inform the owner at the earliest opportunity so that remedial action can be taken. In no circumstances will complaints be accepted, or money refunded, after the date of departure.


In the event of any appliance breaking down the guest will inform the owner at the earliest opportunity. Should it prove impossible to repair the appliance or to provide a replacement the guest shall have no claim against the owner.


Animals are accepted provided that the guest takes appropriate measures to clean the property at the end of the stay.


The guest is responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents other than reasonable wear and tear.


Fittings and effects shall not be removed from the property.


No more than the maximum agreed number of guests and animals may occupy the property.

The owner reserves the right to terminate, without refund, any booking that breaches these terms and conditions.
